Adam joined Ealing Fitness Clinic in January and is the newest addition to our team. Adam is a qualified personal trainer and sports injury specialist,  graduating in 2017 from Teesside University with a degree in sports therapy that gives him expert knowledge and the skills necessary to work with clients that develop injury through their sport. He is able to design specialised programmes for an individual of any level to see them through their rehabilitation process and get them back in the game as quickly as possible.

We are very happy to have him as a part of the team and are looking forward to working together!

So, over to Adam…

“I am a Sports and Rehabilitation Therapist as well as being a fully qualified Personal Trainer. I am a big believer in everyone living a healthy active lifestyle as taking part in physical activity doesn’t just benefit us physically, but it has a great impact on us mentally and emotionally too. I pride myself on being fully committed to my patients and clients to help them reach their physical goals. I believe my passion and commitment towards every individual helps them stay motivated to work hard and reach their end goal.”

“My personal training interests are weight training, weight loss training, and sport-specific training and as a practising Sports Therapist, my goal is to get individuals back to full health and participating within their sporting events as soon as possible. I like to use my greater understanding and further knowledge of the human body to educate my clients and patients on how to train effectively and efficiently, but most importantly, safely! Prevention and avoidance of injury are key.”

Three Peaks Challenge

Adam likes to challenge himself and one of the challenges he has recently completed is the National 24 hrs Three Peaks Challenge that he, together with his mates completed in 22 hrs 58 mins. The challenge was an attempt to fund raise for a very close family friend who is Paralympic athlete and hopefully heading to Tokyo later this year.

The challenge was to hike to the top and back down of Ben Nevis, then travel to Scafell Pike, hike up and down (completed at 3 am in the morning) and then drive to Snowdon and hike up and down. All within the 24 hrs time restrictions!
